Jere Hoadley PT, MPT, DPT

Jere has been with Agape Physical Therapy since 2004. He is a graduate of University of Maryland where he received his Masters and his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jere is a member of the APTA. He uses an evidence based approach to treat all types of orthopedic issues including the shoulder, knee, spine and return to sports activities. He has special interest in lumbar stabilization and its impact on golf swing. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf. “Every day is a great day when I can positively impact the well-being of at least one person”.

Michelle MCCARTY
Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist

Michelle completed her masters in OT from TU in 2005. She has been practicing Hand Therapy since 1997 when she started as an OT assistant. Her passion for this specialty began with her first job at the Curtis National Hand Center and continues today through participation in a variety of volunteer activities in the community and abroad. She has been a member of AOTA, ASHT and MOTA for many years and served on committees for both local and national associations.

Michelle is a certified hand therapist, certified ergonomic assessment specialist and holds a certificate in advanced practice in upper quadrant rehabilitation from Drexel university.

Michelle believes in using all the tools in her box to help people overcome illness or injury. She specializes in many types of treatments, custom splint fabrication, wound care for the upper extremity and ergonomics for home and work.In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors hiking, biking, walking, reading and kayaking. She loves spending time with her fiancé, friends, family, 2 cats and a dog.

Kathy Willis, PTA

Kathy graduated from Carroll Community College as a PTA and has been with Agape since 2008. Kathy enjoys treating all types of orthopedic injuries, aquatics therapy, and the geriatric population.

Ryan Hudson, PTA    Clinic director 

Ryan received his degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from Carroll Community College in 2015. Ryan has been with the company since the start of 2016 and enjoys treating in all areas of physical therapy. With his off time he enjoys playing golf and enjoying sports such as football, hockey and baseball.

Chloe Mermagen, DPT

Chloe graduated from the University of Delaware with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. She enjoys treating patients in all areas of physical therapy but has a special interest in orthopedic patient care. In her off time, she loves to spend time with her husband and family.

alyssa heaps, pta

Alyssa graduated from Cecil College for PTA.  She also attended Winthrop University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.  She played lacrosse for Winthrop and played on the U19 Women’s National Lacrosse team and caries her knowledge of sports and injury rehabilitation into treatment for the patients.  Alyssa enjoys treating all areas of physical therapy but has a special interest in neuro and orthopedics. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Renee graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1993 with a degree in Physical Therapy Assistant and Athletic Training. She has been with Agape since 2021. Renee enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries and aquatic therapy.  In her off time Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and son and being involved in church activities.

Emily received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia Univeristy in 2023. She likes treating a variety of patients including neurologic and orthopedic cases. She is a fan of Philadelphia sports teams especially the Eagles and Flyers.
In her free time she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, reading, and hiking.
