Jennifer Patrick PT, MPT Clinic director
Jen graduated from Shenandoah University School of Physical Therapy in 1999. She has been with Agape since 2010, and was promoted to clinic director in 2023. She enjoys treating all orthopedic populations of patients, but has a special interest in manual therapy based treatment strategies, treating athletes, post surgical, as well as postural re-education and workstation ergonomics related to pain. Jen and her husband are the proud parents of 4 amazing children, and when not at work, they are usually found on the sidelines of their children’s games, and volunteering at school. The Patrick family enjoys spending time together, yearly trips to the beach, hanging out with family and friends, and following sports of all kinds. Jen takes great pride in treating patients, helping them manage pain and return to their previous level of function, and is grateful to work with such a talented team as she does at Agape.

Patty is a graduate of the University of Maryland physical therapy program. Her specialty interests include orthopedic & sports rehabilitation and orthotics fabrication.
Elena Hann, PTA
Elena is a graduate of Baltimore City Community College and has been with Agape since 2007. She enjoys treating the geriatric population and orthopedic patients of all types.
Kenny Haag, pt, dpt
Stacey Schorr DPT
Stacey graduated from the University of Maryland with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has been a therapist since 2010. She joined the Agape team in 2014. Her special interests are in orthopedics, with a personal background in gymnastics, cheerleading, soccer, and softball. She also enjoys working with the geriatric population.
Dawn Geiger, PT, DPT
Dawn graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine, Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in 2008. She specializes in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation and enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic injuries. Completed vestibular continuing education includes: Vestibular Rehabilitation: A Competency Based Course at Emory University, Vestibular Rehabilitation: An Advanced Course and Update at University of Pittsburgh, Cervicogenic Dizziness: An Evidence-Based Competency Course, Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussions, and Vestibular Testing Master Class at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Mariah Buffington PT, DPT
Mariah earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Maryland, School of Medicine. Her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology was earned at Penn State University. Mariah enjoys treating patients of all ages. Her special interests include orthopedics and chronic pain. In her spare time, Mariah enjoys exploring Maryland and Pennsylvania, as well as spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her dog, Millie.

Abby Schumacher, PT, DPT
Abby has been a part of the Agape Physical Therapy team since 2019. She was a division I gymnast at Towson University from 2007-2009 and graduated with her bachelors degree from the University of Maryland in 2011. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2015. Abby is certified in functional dry needling and uses a manual based treatment approach with her patients. She enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions but has special interest in the geriatric population as well as injuries relating to gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family of five and serving in the community and at her church.
