Kathleen Fallace, PTA
Kathleen is a dedicated and passionate physical therapist assistant with a strong foundation in applied functional science. Graduating from Carroll Community College in 2011, Kathleen has developed expertise in identifying biomechanical faults and compensations that contribute to patients’ pain and dysfunction. With over a decade of experience in the field, Kathleen believes in addressing the root causes of issues rather than merely treating symptoms. This approach allows for more effective and lasting outcomes for patients. She is committed to identifying imbalances or weaknesses that may be impacting overall health and well-being, empowering patients to regain strength and mobility. Kathleen creates customized treatment programs tailored to the individual needs of each patient. This personalized care ensures that patients receive the best possible support on their journey to recovery. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys photography and outdoor activities, with a particular passion for hiking and trail running. As an ultramarathoner, she embraces the challenges of endurance sports, further enhancing her understanding of physical performance and rehabilitation. Married for 31 years and a proud parent of four adult children, Kathleen values family and community, bringing compassion and understanding to all aspects of her work.

Kathrina Mendoza, PT, CDNS
Katherina is a physical therapist offering two decades of direct care to culturally diverse population of outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients; fluent in English and Filipino, and has basic Arabic language knowledge; solid credentials that include licensure in New York and Maryland, USA, the Philippines and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Background includes work with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Well-versed in a broad range of physical therapy programs, treatments and modalities, restoring function and mitigating disability for diseased and injured patients. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and proficiency in patient assessment, time management and therapy-program design/execution. His approach blends evidence-based treatment with practical strength and conditioning principles, helping patients move beyond symptom relief toward measurable performance gains.
Jon has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation, return-to-play progression, and optimizing training around injury history. He values clear communication, objective progress tracking, and patient independence throughout the rehab process. His goal is simple: deliver straightforward, high-quality care that helps people get back to doing what they want to do—stronger and more resilient than before.
