Elizabeth Betlejewski, MSPT, CFE

Clinic Director
Elizabeth joined the Agape team in 2012 after moving from New England where she grew up, attending Northeastern University in Boston, graduating in 2004. Elizabeth manages our Fallston and White Marsh clinics. She treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post operative care. She has specialty areas of training in vestibular rehab (vertigo), industrial rehab, and pelvic floor therapy. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys running and gardening.

Eric Hall, PTA

Eric received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Carroll Community College and has been part of the Agape team since 2008. He enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and is an avid golfer.

Melissa Wallace, DPT

Mellisa graduated with her DPT from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2024. Her areas of interest are orthopedics and geriatrics. In her free time Melissa enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with her two cats and two dogs. 

Phil Martin, PTA

Philip graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Cecil College in Spring 2025. His goal is to identify muscular imbalances and underlying weaknesses, addressing root causes of pain and dysfunction, and motivating those he works with to restore mobility and functional independence.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys a wide range of activities, including horseback riding, playing musical instruments, participating in sports, and staying active through regular exercise.
